XLVII: Say It With Flowers

On the advent of our traveling to Texas, we visited the Botanical Garden at Golden Gate Park. Not quite the time of year for it, but the weather was lovely, and John is partial to plants. (Yes, John, very funny to comment they make better company than I do.)

John especially liked the color of this one,
some kind of native flower.

It's a large space, very good for hide-and-seek.

We had a decidedly very American sort of lunch:

Then saw ostriches.

And if you're thinking this can only end with us at an aquarium with a turtle . . .
